Having just seen U2 blow the roof off of Rogers Centre recently, Aja Brann would agree that working with Artez is 'The Sweetest Thing'.  Aja joined Artez in 2008 as a junior administrative assistant, within a year, Aja skyrocketed up the corporate charts to become Manager, Finance & Business Administration.  A graduate from the University of Toronto, with degrees in Business Management and Psychology, Aja decided that a career in business did not have to be driven solely by profits. Aja prides herself on being part of Artez, "an agile business with an exciting spin on technology and fundraising,", and has found her groove, leading our Accounting, HR, and daily operational responsibilities.

Since 1995 Aja has been fundraising and participating in the CIBC Run for the Cure, relentlessly supporting her family and all those impacted by breast cancer.  Realizing that an answer to this challenge will be a Journey, 'Don't Stop Believing' is the only way she believes a cure will one day be found.

Named after the classic Steely Dan album, Aja (pronounced Asia) was destined to be a star…but having realized at an early age that neither the trumpet nor clarinet would lead to her breakout moment, Aja has finally found her calling.  When not at Artez she can be found showing everyone in her hometown north of the city her Expert Rock Band skills.  While not rocking out, Aja can be found running to the GO Station, steeping a fine tea, playing with her dog Dexter, or working on her other career…becoming Canada's next top home decorator.
