Internet Pioneer

After receiving his master's degree from Wuhan University in China, Nianling Cheng had the intention to continue his schooling, striving for a PHD in software engineering. However, instead of pursuing that dream, Nianling chose another. Nianling decided to move his life to Canada. A freshman to the English language, Nianling arrived on Canadian soil and felt the calling to help others. Nianling joined the Artez team and is an asset and absolute joy to have around 215 Spadina.

Nianling has worked with the latest technologies as they have evolved through the years. All the way from the early days of DOS thought all the versions of MS Windows, and through internet and web development up to the most current web technologies. Nianling is a pioneer of the internet, which has helped him understand the Artez Solution inside and out.

Lately, internet software and designing and programming web-based applications have been areas of interest for Nianling. When not rocking internet codes here at Artez, Nianling enjoys reading about high-energy physics, cosmogony, and biology. Our 'in-house' web guru says Artez is like one big family, and the work environment here has encouraged him to be comfortable, and happy. We look forward to seeing what Nialing creates next!
