Our next release date is June 7th. Our latest enhancements came from your client requests, so we're excited to tell you what's coming up! Here's only a few of  the fantastic goodies that will be new inside our system…

UDF keywords in emails: You asked for it and we were listening. You can now have your User Defined Field answers appear in emails and/or on the tax receipt .pdf itself (in the notes field). Think of all the great ways you can now customize your emails & receipts!

Twitter enhancement: Set a default message and twitter handle for your organization (@orgname) to be shared when participants click the Twitter logo.

Facebook "like" thumbs-up button: We've added it to our social media widget so everybody can "like" your Artez pages. The corresponding event or donation page link will appear in Facebook newsfeeds.

"Select All" checkbox: It will now be faster to choose multiple events for reports! :-)

Search by page name: Donors can now search for a fundraiser to sponsor by searching words in the registrant's page name.

Search teams by location: Allow everyone to choose a location and search teams within it, or disable 'search teams by location'.

Snapshot Modification: We're returning Snapshot Report to the way it functioned prior to our last release. Only very large files will queue and then be hosted for download later.

We're super excited about ... eCards! You'll be able to set your own default card images for your organization, or choose to allow donors to upload their own images! (Applies to Tribute, Event-Campaign, Personal Event Template & Purchase Template). Your donors can send an eCard to loved ones to let them know a donation has been made in their honour. Why not create an alternative giving program and allow supporters to send eCards when your customers buy goats, pigs, chickens, etc.? Your event registrants can also send "Thank you!" eCards to their sponsors. There are so many flexible and creative ways to use eCards for your charity's fundraising programs.
