This new service from FrontRunner Pro and Artez allows nonforprofit organizations to automatically receive online donations directly from funeral homes in North America.

FrontRunner's flagship product, Memorial Donations Handler, is used by more than 1,000 funeral homes that collectively arrange 75,000 funerals and memorial services annually. It is the fastest growing funeral home technology provider in Canada and the United States.

Artez clients will be automatically added to the list of charitable options inside the Memorial Donations Handler for families to donate towards 'in lieu of flowers'.

How your Memorial Donations are processed

The funds will move through the current payment gateway you have setup inside the Artez system for processing donations. Just like with your current Artez products, donors receive a customized tax receipt from your organization automatically by email.

Fees

Clients
There are no setup or monthly fees for this service. A transaction fee of 5% in addition to your standard gateway fee will be charged on successfully processed donations.

Not a client?
A one time setup fee of $995 is applicable in addition to a 5% transaction fee.
