Reoccurring revenue is an important channel for any charitable organization. The Artez Solution makes it easy for you to help your donors choose between a one-time gift or a monthly donation plan.

Your organization can assign different donation string amounts to one-time and monthly gifts. When the one-time option is chosen, the monthly giving levels are hidden, and vice versa. Monthly donors also receive a unique "thank you" email a charity can customize with unique monthly giving program content.

Inside the administration console, your staff members can update monthly donor details including Card Holder Name as well as credit card expiry and number. 

Our system saves your charity time and money by automating the process of annual receipting. If configured, the system will send out a single tax receipt email in January for donations made during the previous year. Your organization can opt-out of this process if you prefer to send paper receipts.
