Are you protected against online fraud?

Artez take your security seriously by continuously investing in people, process and technologies to maintain the highest level of the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliance. Artez is designated as a Level One PCI Compliant Service Provider.

What is PCI?

Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance is required for organizations that process, store or transmit credit card information. The purpose of PCI is to create a secure environment to ensure that sensitive data such as credit card numbers are protected from unauthorized access or disclosure.

Artez is fully PCI Compliant, meaning:

• We have met rigorous industry standards in solidifying our processes, policies, infrastructure, and hosting facilities.

The Artez application is hosted in a segregated and secure area at Q9, a world class facility located in Toronto, Canada. The highly robust and fully redundant infrastructure has been designed and managed by Artez technical engineers following industry standard best practices and using only best of breed vendor equipment at each layer of our architecture.

• We pass inspection from a third party independent auditor, IBM Security Services, that performs on-site assessments.

• We complete a rigorous screening process to remain on Visa's certification list.

Other providers might follow broad PCI guidelines, but unless they are on Visa's list of PCI-compliant providers, they are not doing enough to protect you and your organization. Some common reasons for not achieving PCI Compliance include the absence of necessary funds or the in-house security expertise.
